Live Betting (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we") is an international online sports betting and gaming service provider. You are required to read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the https://livebetting.im website or our mobile application.

To open an account for Live Betting, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Creating an account with false information to access our services is strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Never share your password with anyone.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until your KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete.

For account verification, we may request a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving licence. All documents you provide will be stored securely and will not be shared with any third party.

The following rules apply when placing bets on Live Betting:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed — unless a cashout option is available.
• Odds for each match are subject to change. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed will be considered final.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded in accordance with our rules.
• Coordinated betting across multiple accounts on the same match (arbitrage) is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Maximum bet limits vary by match and market. Bets exceeding the specified limit will not be accepted.

During live betting, odds may change due to network delays. In such cases, you will be given the option to accept the new odds or cancel your bet.

The following terms apply to all financial transactions on Live Betting:

• Minimum deposit: ৳20. Minimum withdrawal: ৳100.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Using another person's payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. However, your first withdrawal may take up to 24 hours if KYC verification is not yet complete.
• You can submit up to 5 withdrawal requests per day. For additional requests, please contact the Help Center.
• To prevent money laundering, we reserve the right to carry out additional verification on large transactions.
• In the event of a failed transaction, funds will be automatically returned to the original source.

Transactions via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket may be subject to those services' own charges. Live Betting does not charge any transaction fees.

The following conditions apply to all Live Betting bonuses and promotional offers:

• Welcome Bonus: Get a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳5,000. To withdraw this bonus, you must wager 10x the bonus amount.
• Reload Bonus: A deposit bonus is available each week on qualifying deposit amounts. Full terms are listed separately on the promotions page.
• Cashback: A cashback is paid weekly on net losses up to a specified amount. No wagering requirements apply.
• The same bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once.
• An active KYC verification must be in place on your account to qualify for bonuses.
• Offers cannot be claimed after their expiry date.

Live Betting reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus program at any time. Any valid bonus balance already earned will remain unaffected.

Your personal information is our top priority. Any details you provide when registering with Live Betting are stored securely.

• Your name, phone number, email, and payment details are never sold to third parties.
• We use your information solely to improve our platform services and to meet legal obligations.
• Information may be shared with law enforcement authorities in cases of suspicious activity.

• Deposit Limit: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.

• Cooling-Off: You can take a betting break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.

You can close your account at any time. Any remaining balance will be refunded in accordance with our policy.

If you have a dispute regarding a bet or transaction, please follow the process below:

• We will provide an initial response within 48 hours and a final decision within 7 business days.
• If you are not satisfied with the decision, you will have the option to appeal at a higher level.
• Official match data and server logs will serve as the final authority in resolving all disputes.

Live Betting reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes:

• A notice will be sent to your registered email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
• A notification will be displayed on the platform.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
